Magnesium glycinate dihydrate equiv. magnesium 250mg
Magnesium citrate equiv. magnesium 70mg
TOTAL ELEMENTAL MAGNESIUM 320mg
Taurine 1g
Pyridoxine 5-phosphate monohydrate 50mg
equiv. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 32mg
Naturally sweetened with Stevia

Does not contain egg, milk, peanut, soy, tree nuts, animal products, gluten, lactose or artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives.

DIRECTIONS

Adults - Mix 5g (one level scoop) in 150mL of water or juice, once daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional. Scoop included.
