Levomefolate glucosamine (Quatrefolic®) 376 micrograms
equiv. Levomefolic acid (5-MTHF) 200 micrograms

Mecobalamin (co-methylbalamin) (vitamin B12) 200 micrograms
Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 304.3mg
equiv. ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 250mg

DIRECTIONS

Adults and children over 12 years - Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your health professional.
